Speaker Issues xps 15

Ive had an xps 15 for a while, and have had to return and have repairs. Finally when I thought I had gotten a fully functioning model the speakers started sounding horrible. When listening to audio, especially in the high ends there is a sound that is hard to describe. The same sound is on my dads speaker when the speaker plate had gotten dented, although nothing like that has happened to the laptop. It is slightly hard to hear in the video, but it is still audible. Should I ask for a refund or is there a way to fix this?
