Hello Dear LTT Community,

I decided this year to upgrade my old setup for Christmas and make myself a present...

I went online and searched for good price/performance parts. And this is what I chose...

CPU : Ryzen 5 2600x

GPU : Nvidia GTX 1660 6GB

MB : ASUS PRIME A320M-K

RAM : Kingston HyperX Predator 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3000MHz    [This is where I am still not sure about if I should go 2666 MHz or 3000 Mhz. ]

PSU CoolerMaster PSU ELITE V3 600W

CASE Zalman Case ATX - N5 MF - 4 x 120mm Fixed RGB

SSD Corsair Force MP510 NVMe [Just to run windows from. I do have 1TB HDD laying around from other setup]

Will you recommend me any changes or this will do the job. My most unsure part is the frequency of the RAM.

Thanks in advance!

Stay healthy ... :)

Ryzen always wants faster ram so go with the fastest you can get for your budget. If you can't get anything above 2666, that's fine. But if you can get 3200, go for it!

Im new to AMD so that is very good lesson. It will be my first build using AMD CPU. Thank you ! :)
