HELP GPU not detected after Installing

Hi everyone,

 

Today I installed an EK waterblock on my new RTX 3080 after installing it I'm no longer able to detect the card. I tried removing the block and reseating it also i applied new thermal compound that was added with the block.

 

I then re installed the stock air cooler but the problem still there.

 

In both tests the GPU was getting power as I can see the LEDs light up when no pci power was plugged in and when the stock cooler is on the fans spin.

 

Can someone help me?
