Gaming stutters

i have tried to overclock my gpu 3 times now. every time it is fine for 2-3 days then my fps lowers in ever ygame and i get 1 1% lows, then i reset it and then it goes back to normal after 2 days. my moue also drifts of my main monitor when the application is ment to keep it as the crosshair. Running an amd firepro w5000
