I looked on the internet, someone designer or video editor or 3d animator have them computer 4 sticks or kit or modules "sorry I don't know the correct word" on a motherboard dual channel.

If I buy G.Skill RAM F4-3600C14Q-64GTZN (4x16GB) = 64GB with Gigabyte Z490 Aorus Master and i9-10900K, is it compatibility the motherboard Dual Channel and will it work?

I ask here, because I will understand for the Dual Channel. Since the motherboard is Dual Channel, why do some people put four memories instead of just two? Does the four of them help somewhere?

Also, I ask not to get wrong kit memories, ie 4x16GB = 64GB and I have a performance issue such as speed or something else.
