Microphone has static noises

So i bought a microphone for gaming, and online clases it is a Trust GXT 232 (it was cheap and decide to buy it) now the microphone working, but there are some heavy static noises hearing when is the mic is working all the time, i install realtek drivers but it the enhancements tab is not appearing. I really need to fix this until Monday
