Is it worth the price?

Here in lithuania, and like rest of the world demant of the new pc parts is high. The problem i am facing right now is that even older gen parts went up in price, a few months ago r5 3600 was about 180-190eur, now its 247eur. Event more high-end GPU's are just out of stock, not event talking about latest gen products. So buying a pre-built migh be a good option, i wanted to hear some opinios on what everyone thinks. Here is the pre-build 950eur :

Budget (including currency): around 1000eur or below if possible

Country: Lithuania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming and some light work. Gaming CS:GO, popular esports games, i dont want to worry about throwing to it any game and run at least 1080p 60fps

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am using 2 monitors at the moment (1050p 60hz, 1080p 144hz), also i already have 1TB HDD it would be added to the build.
