Hey. I ran into troubles with my new pc.

I have an asus republic of gamers x570-e gaming mainboard with an amd 3950x and originally 32gb of ram and an m.2 ssd.

Everything worked fine until I decided to add another 16 gb of ram. Now the board showes the code 'ad' and then 'ae' and it doesent seem to recognize the boot drive or any other drive.

However it shows the drive in the bios.

Any suggetions?

Thx but I already tried... After the bios it shows a blacks screen saying to put in a boot drive. But there are already two ssds in there with one having a working windows on it. I see em in the bios but i cannot boot from them.

Remove the two new sticks and make sure you can post normally. Then decide what to do with the new memory.

Edit: after removing, clear cmos, then post.

Post codes for reference are in my sig below. Good Luck.

Thx Ive already tried goin back to the original setup but diddent work. I still have to try clearing cmos tho...
