PC Shuts down randomly. Mostly when using Lightroom

My PC will randomly shutdown while my wife uses the computer. It happens most often when using Lightroom, but sometimes it will just shutdown or randomly restart. This started being a problem a year ago. I did discover my AIO pump for my CPU was broken and my CPU was overheating causing it to shutdown. I installed a new cooler master air cooler which works great but I still get random shutdowns. my next step was updating the bios (i have an asus z370p, updated to Version 2401). This seem to fix the issue for awhile but my PC is now again starting to randomly shutdown. I have also tried reinstalling windows 64 bit but that didn't help. I don't see any errors when the restart happens or any errors when starting back up. I appreciate any help! my pc Specs are below.

Does it just shut straight off, as in hard reset, everything turns off instantly and then it starts booting again? It wouldn't be terribly uncommon for the PSU to be the problem, I've experienced similar troubles with a couple of Corsair PSUs (namely a CX500 and an AX860i). Corsair replaced both after RMA and that fixed the issue in both cases.

yes that is correct. its like a hard reset. I will reach out to them. is there any way for me to verify that's the problem? I assume i have enough wattage correct?
