Stuttering on some games

Specs: 
-Ryzen 5 1600 Stock 

-GTX 1070 FE Stock

-ASUS Prime B-350 Plus

-Corsair 32GB DDR4 2400MHz

-SAMSUNG 850 Evo 500GB (OS)

-SAMSUNG 850 Evo 500GB (Games)

-SEAGATE 8TB (Storage)

-Corsair CX750W PSU

 

In few games I get FPS Stuttering like FFXV, Horizon, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, and GTA V. I dont get the issue on WoW, World War z, and other games. I play this games in 1080P. Any Advise on why I'm getting stuttering in this games.
