So my friend needs a new PC, and the absolute max he can spend is 700$. This is purely for gaming. He does plan on overclocking, would this chipset bottleneck it's potential? Would the stock cooler be able to handle a 4.0ghz clock? Please let me know. This is what I came up with (99.99$ AMD 8320 from microcenter instore).

I would personally get a Barracuda instead because it will be faster.

Very good indeed. The only thing i would say is to get a Segate Baracuda instead.

Thanks. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know!

You migth want to get the EVGA 770 afaik the cooler is better than the DCU2 one. Unless it's for looks. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp42773kr

Ya, i'll definitely go with EVGA instead. I thought it was a ref not ACX when I was selecting parts.
