Xbox One Controllers Bluetooth issues

Hi,

 

So I've been encountering issues when using my Xbox One Controllers via bluetooth to my PC.

 

First issue is input lag with 1 controller when having 2 connected at once.

 

Second issue is controller drop outs / freezing.

 

I've also had issue with my Xbox One Wireless dongle for Windows 10 and cant seem to even pair them with it.

 

Any help on this issue would be great.
