I just built my first PC ever and I benchmark it and this is what I got. I didn’t receive my display yet so I try it on my 48” TV but even at 1080p that benchmark is so low it is half the performance compare to other sources, online site, LTT videos,... I dont know what is the problem is that made the fps so low.
3D mark score for timeflly test is similar to everyone online around 15k for the system and 17k for the GPU.

2 test is the same the bottom one is with RTX on and the top is without RTX.

What do you guy suggest ?

As a starter take the correct settings. Secondly just use a benchmarking software that is made for benchmarking. Easier to quickly compare.

Thanks for the recommendation. I found out, the system only recognize 1 stick of ram. It fixs the problem.

Your CPU is also weaker ( even if it's still very good, and you're gonna be GPU bound if you're going 4k anyway... ) than reviewers have on benchmarks. ( Typically Ryzen 5000 serie and/or i9-10900k ) And at 1080p, especially with very high end GPUs, that can cause some gaps.
