Faulty GPU? Driver Issue?

Installed a new XFX rx560-P4SFG5, installed newest drivers worked for a while then it started black screening. Installed drivers of a previous update, it worked once then stop working after that, the card shows red light when in the pcie slot, then blue when the 6 pin is connected which leads me to believe it's neither of those, i tried a ddu then installing latest drivers and still nothing, it shows up in device manager but gives an Code 43 with the rx560 drivers but error 31 with Microsoft basic drivers, any help? A gpu bios flash is impossible because ATIFlash doesn't even let me run the program, GPUZ doesn't show bios, core clocks, memory nothing any help?

what board is it in and in what slot?

code 43 usually has to do with limited resources , it used to be a common code back in the day when people stuck gpu's that were far newer than their machine into slots that didnt have resources for them.

It's a b360m-provh in the only pcie slot there is

no m2 and it's a 600w
