I have a question about the memory speed displaying 1333MHz, is it because its running on single channel?

You might not have set the wrong speed in the bios

you will probably have to set it to XMP

use the Memory tab to see actual speeds. Take the RAM frequency and double it to get your speed that your RAM is actually running at.

You have 2667 MT/s DDR4. CPU-Z reports the physical speed which is 1333 MHz. This is correct for 2667 MT/s.

It's not because of single channel, and nothing is wrong.
