Non xmp ram overclock

Hi, I have 2x8gb https://www.adata.com/ca/specification/426 and I want to overclock them to 3000 or 3200 MHz just to test the difference in performance with my Ryzen 2600 cpu. I heard that bad ram oc can corrupt windows, so how do I test the oc? Also, can I just go for 1.35v and 3200mhz and leave everything alone?
