Need advice on new monitor.

Hi all, just got my spanking new 34GN850 which I'm really happy about but I quickly realised the uniformity of the panel is pretty horrible. The left hand side of the panel is pinkish while the right hand side is "normal". This was noted by hardware unbox (https://imgur.com/SCcKjeR). Here is my unit (https://imgur.com/a/DC4iM1F). This makes multitasking unbearable as my eyes have to constantly readjust when looking left and right. Is this normal/acceptable? and what are the chances that a replacement will have the same issue?
