questions weird freeze

weird things happening. my pc froze in home desktop (the wallpaper page) but my chrome and everything is working fine. checked task manager, no high usage or anything weird. what do i do?

I'm going to pull a tech support, and tell you to shut it down and reboot it.

Run this 2 command in administrator command prompt

1. sfc /scannow (record the result, then reboot)
2. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (reboot after done)

If either one does not work. Check the Event log and either post them here or search online.
