since you're on an insider build, it could be disabled. I know in my DxDiag, I dont even have a spot that shows enabled/disabled and im on the latest public available release of windows, 20H2.

As long as you have Windows 10 version 2004 or newer, you have DX12 Ultimate installed. It was baked into that Feature update and later.

I have the latest insider build - 20251.1  (version 2004)

I think it should show as Enabled. I just updated  from 19070 build.

OK, got an official Win 10 build, still no Ultimate.

I guess I'll ask in Microsoft forums.
