Automatic repair loop after WHEA_INTERNAL_ERROR

Hey i recently tried to update my windows 10 laptop, because I have postponed some.windows updates. It kept saying "awaiting installation" but nothing was happening for well over an hour. That when I decided to restart and try again. All seemed fine, the updates went through, but the last update required a restart. And since then I have been in a loop of WHEA_INTERNAL_ERROR BSOD and automatic repair screen.

I'm not the most knowledgeable person regarding software and have read that it's a pretty serious issue. 

Anybody have an idea what exactly I should do, to keep my files intact?
