Laptop screen flicker

Help pls my laptop screen keeps flickering I have reinstalled windows, graphics drivers everything but it still does it and I have no idea why I know it's not gpu fail cause on a external monitor it's perfectly fine.

Does it only flicker in games or in other applications as well?

All the time in windows chrome games doesn't matter wether I use igpu or dgpu

It sounds like a problem with either the connector that attaches to the motherboard, or a defect within the panel itself. I'd pop the bottom off and do some probing, checking for damage, frayed cables or bad connections.
