Nice build, better off with the 6000 series for GPU than 3000 series Nvidia for performance.

Well thets why i asked here for more advice idk what to do 3090 or wait for 6900  and 5900x or 5950x ??

Your budget seems greater than mine, but I'm going for 5900X and 6800XT.

I dont look so much buget just whant nice pc foe gaming and some multi tasking
