There's a change it won't show under the Sound, video and game controllers. My Wireless Xbox One Controller shows up in the Human Interface Devices tab. You can also download the Windows 10 debugger from Microsoft, it has a tool that allows you to see what USB devices are plugged in and you should be able to see whether it's an issue with the controller or the drivers

Thanks for your suggestions but it cant be an issue with the controller since it worked fine before i removed the "the device". Also it doesnt show up anywhere else, i made sure to heck.

PDP and PowerA controllers aren't known for being of great quality. If the device doesn't show up in device manager or in the USB Device Viewer I mentioned, it most likely means it's a hardware issue. If the USB ports on your motherboard and case are known to be working then it's most likely an issue with the controller. Simple as. Perhaps try checking the controller with another device.

i just tested it on my laptop and it does actually work but just not on my pc
