When I built my computer I only had a single Team Group MS30 M.2 512GB SSD that I used installed my boot media on. A couple of weeks ago I got a 1TB Crucial MX500 SATA 2.5in SSD for extra storage. Everything worked perfectly until last week, when I lost power briefly with my computer on. Now the computer no longer works with the 1TB drive connected. It still posts, and there is no drive detected in the BIOS. I've also made sure that the M.2 drive is first in the boot order. I can attach pictures of anything needed.

My specs are:

  • Windows 10 Education 64 bit
  • MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus (latest BIOS)
  • AMD RYZEN 7 3700x
  • 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM (3600MHz XMP profile 1)
  • NVIDIA 3080 FE
  • Team Group MS30 M.2 512GB SSD boot drive
  • Crucial MX500 SATA 2.5in 1TB SSD storage drive
  • Rosewill CAPSTONE-750W
