Major Computer Issue

I have recently build a gaming computer (specs shown below), and every-time I try to install windows I get a blue screen of death. With various errors such as 'PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA ... what failed: usbaudio.sys',  'SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ... what failed: FLTMGR.SYS'  "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE'. I have tried to to take out a RAM stick and just have one in to see if it was the RAM that was faulty, and it still crashed. I just read on a microsoft support page that someone was having a similar problem and replaced the CPU and am really hoping I do not need to do the same. I am very new to computers and would appreciate any help that I can get.
