Gaming PC startup issue!!

I built this PC not too long ago, and there have been no issues; but just recently my cpu and gpu, dont turn on right away when i boot up my pc. If anybody could help me solve this problem, it would mean a lot.

Here is a video showing the problem for a better understanding of what I'm dealing with.

That's kinda normal for high end Asus boards. Especially when running XMP/DOCP or manually overclocking the memory.

My Maximus Hero does that and my B450-I does too. Nothing to worry about.
