CPU Overvoltage Jumper H170

So I have an ASUS H170 Pro Gaming board with I5-6600K. As you know I can't OC on this board but I saw an CPU_OV jumper on the board and I was wondering what is it for?

I mean it is for overclocking but I can't overclock or can I?

If I can't then what is it for? I don't get it.
