I've been trying at this for about 30 minutes looking for a solution. I've restarted my laptop about 2 times but the "solutions" I found on google were very complicated and it seemed like not a lot of people knew about this. That's when I remember that LTT has a forum, so I joined it like a couple of minutes ago asking for your technological help :D 

 

also the name sharon is just my aunt that wanted this laptop borrowed for covid, so I took it to a store to have it wiped and name change so that I can give it to her but she doesnt need it anymore D:
