Mainboard temperatures high?

There are three different temp reading in the System Wise Monitor, and the third reading jumps from idle 32°C to 56°C while disc scan, during which the CPU reaches 60 / 61 °C at a 28 °C ambient temperature.

Is this normal and in the GIF what component does the third reading represent?
