outlook keeps sending the same e mail

It seems that Outlook sends an email every five minutes with a small attachement in it. A textfile and a html file.
I hadn't noticed it, and it seems to have been doing this for about 2 or three months now.
I never really heard anything from the guy the emails get send to about this issue either.
My first thought was that my account glitched out, but then I noticed that it has those attachements. I ran an anti-virus scan on my computer and laptop but haven't found anything yet.
Is my account hacked? If so, what can I do about it? I already changed my password and such.
