Alienware M15 R1 thermal issues !

I have a few questions...
1) I’m not doing LM cause I don’t have the proper training for it, but should I go with Kryonaut? Over the stock TP
2) any one can teach me or give me a link to do a save undervolt?

3) I just bought a coolingbase, it’s enough? 
 

I play games like: fortnite, valorant, CS:GO,  Rocket League, COD and other not demanding of high performance on my GPU 

 

My room and pc have tons of ventilation. I’m from the south of Chile and currently the temperature is about 18°C (64,4°F)

i7-8750 (2.20ghz) 
GTX 1060 (up to date)
16 gb of ram
1 tb ssd SATA
512 gb ssd NVMe
256 gb ssd NVMe (only windows and drivers and have 80 gb of free space)
