ATOM RPG. Worth Playing?

Does anyone have this game here:

Is it worthwhile to buy and play? I like these type of games, especially if they feature Turned Based Combat and Top Down like the 1st Fallout games and Wasteland 2. Note I'm playing Wasteland 2 right now.

 

Can you recommend other games like this type?

yes, if you are a fan of the genre you will most likely enjoy this game. Atom RPG Trudograd, which is the sequel to Atom RPG,  is also out in early access
