Are you using GTX 670 with locked voltage? If so then there's not much thing you could do. You could increase voltage by 0.1v but that won't help much.

Is this a reference 670? 1100 is the boost clock? That seems very low. What voltage?

Only way to push it further is increase voltage further.

Yes, push the voltage more, and say what brand of 670 do you have, and is it reference or an aftermarket model, my 670 is clocked to 680 stock speed, but when it turbos w/o oc i get 1110 mhz on core, and w/o voltage increase, just by increasing the power limit i can get it 1150 on the core, so i left it at factory oc because i do not need more speed...
