Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rust squad dayz 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  Need helping choosing pc parts looking for a gray theme

Try something like this maybe? Although definitely wait until AMD announces their new cpu's and/or gpu's before buying anything. But if you really do want to buy something now, a rtx 2060 would probably be fine for a gpu.
