Cheap managed switch that isn't crap

I am looking into building a nas (you can tell from my past posts) and I would be in need of a decent managed switch. Almost all of the switches I have ever used were older switches from my father's work, so I don't care much about the condition of them just that it is not the size of a u2 server and under $60. Also at least 8 Gigabit ports would be nice.

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

60 is pretty low, but here is a good option that has plenty of features.
