So I bought was drives and sas controller and raid card

(LSI Logic SAS9260-8I) so I could connect it to my motherboard (gigabyte ga-x79-Ud3 v1.0.). I have updated the bios to the newest version. I have on windows installed the controller program.

This is where the problem is to install the bios for the raid card it needs to go through the internet. I turn on the computer and it immediately goes to the raid drive initiation. Then it request what to do I put in the command control h (web bios) then a message pops up drives controlled by bios switches to my bios splash screen then freezes.

I have removed the card  changed everything I know that deals with boot and drives in the bios. Still the same thing. My only thought is to remove the card get into windows install the card then use device manager install the driver.

If you're using a non UEFI system or Legacy Boot Mode then head into BIOS and look for an option that says something like "Force Boot ROM" or "Boot ROM Mode" and toggle it. This should tell the board to skip the Boot ROM and boot straight into Windows with the card installed.

If you're using UEFI boot mode then AFAIK there's no way to skip a boot ROM.
