GRUB shows when booting Ubuntu even in a single boot situation, AFAIK there's nothing you can do to stop it. Its 10 seconds though, it does't really matter that much.

do you have any problems booting in ubuntu or win 10? if no dont mess with boot menu it is PAINFUL to configure them without breaking something

I don't get any problems while booting...
First windows asks weather you want to boot into windows or linux
and when I choose linux...
next linux asks weather you want to boot into linux or windows...
so I asked if I can change the setting to boot into ubuntu without asking or something like that..

GRUB shows every time no matter what, its essential because if something were to ever go wrong with your Linux install, without GRUB showing at boot you cannot boot from a previous kernel or enter recovery mode to fix your system.
