Nvidia Rtx problems

hello everyone , I purchased RTX 2060 super founders edition from Nvidia store they have emailed a code to redeem rainbow siege gold edition but when I try to redeem the app responds that they have technical issues any clues please? 

note that I have waited for 3 weeks to get the hardware due to transport difficulties from USA to Iraq
