Clock Tuner Ryzen

Is anyone else running into an issue where when running the diagnostic mode everything is fine, but when clicking on "start" CR20 quickly opens, then closes, and the computer shuts off a few seconds after? I am not seeing any thermal issues, and I have set my bios settings to the recommended by CTR (LLC level 4, Phase control set to Manual (Normal)) I have not adjusted any settings in CTR, I just click "Diagnostic" and let it run about 50-55 stress tests, and after its complete I press "Start"

Ryzen 7 3800x

Asus x570-Pro

16Gb DDR4 3600Mhz Ram
