Problem with rgb controller and PSU

I bought ocouple months ago on AliExpress two sets of Aigo fans with controller ( just to look nice inside my kids computers). Generally everything is ok with them (they are even quieter than the noisy corsair) except one small problem. When I choose low fan speed or turn off rgb backlight it start to make strange noise- sounds like the fan blade was hitting something. I checked all fans, controller and thing is.... it is not fans but power supply ( i already tried with 3 different psus + both controllers and the problem occurs in all of them). Does someone have an idea how to fix it?
