Please HELP no display

Brand new PC

Aorus X570 Elite WiFi

Ryzen 7 3700x

MSi 2070 Ventus GP OC

EVGA 850w PSU

 

Was trying to OC a little in MSi afterburner and had set my core clock to 280mhz, black screened on me, now I have no display at all regardless of what I try.

 

Ive tried clearing CMOS and booting with onboard graphics and still no display. It won’t boot to windows and obviously nothing shows up before windows, I get display port no signal in seconds after trying to boot. Please please please help.
