Bluetooth dongle doesn't work

Hello. I've been having a lot of issues recently with Bluetooth. I'm trying to connect my PS4 controller to my PC. Or any device for that matter. I use DS4Windows and it works perfectly with a cable. I was also able to use the dongle several months ago, but when it stopped working I gave up trying to fix it. Now I'm attempting to fix it again. I have tried two dongles and neither work, so I assume there's something I need to fix within my computer. The dongle itself is recognized, it appears under 'Other devices' in the 'Bluetooth & other devices' option in Settings. I remember back then I did a BIOS update and reinstalled the drivers via Device Manager and it did not work. I also tried to look for the drivers online and I couldn't find anything. The device is the 'CSR8510 A10' dongle. I really don't know what to do anymore. I don't know if I'm missing any info but please ask if you need any screenshots or whatnot. Thank you in advance.

Sometimes that small dongles just broke. They're cheap so don't expect they last forever. I'm not saying that your bluetooth is bad, but it's really annoying and time consuming when you trying to fix by software something that is just broken.

That's the thing. I tried two. So another dongle didn't solve anything either

buy something like this.
M.2 to PCI-E PC Wireless WiFi Bluetooth Network Card Adapter Board12.thumb.jpg.d3da5cd492ca463312a2aef85fcc7d0f.jpg

and put Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 Module
or if you want more "GAMER" Killer™ Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 PCIe Card

with these, you can now use Bluetooth controller ps3/4/5, steam, switch, xbox 360, i'm not sure on aptx or aptxLL if you're planning to use wireless earphones/headphones.

for aptx or aptxLL if you're trying to use wireless BT stuffs.
cheapo stuff like Ugreen Bluetooth 4.2 Audio TransmitterMPOW BH259A Bluetooth Transmitter & Receiver or more expensive stuff like Oasis PlusDG60TT-BA014

anyways windows 10 SUCKS for Bluetooth stuff... they axed tons of support for BT stuff since w7. the only bluetooth software that really made it good in windows xp and 7 in the old days is toshiba and bluesoil software.
