PC Fan Speed

Hi, long story short, I would like to have some help setting up my SpeedFan because for some reason, since last AMD's update my pc transforms into Shield's Helicarrier when it hits around 60°C (both GPU and CPU).

I've got a R5 2600X@Stock with AMD's Wraith Prism and a RX5700XT@Stock.

(That's an AMD sucker right there).

to my knowledge there isnt any form of amd update that changes the speed of a cpu cooler

ah ok , remove the program and the cpu speed will be dictated by the hardware on the board and won;t be subject to changes from updates
