Why win do not boot from UEFI boot device

Does anyone have any idea what the hell my PC doesn't want to boot into windows, it was idle for 6-7 months it had nothing to corrupt. I tried to completely reinstall windows but when I let it enter the boot device on usb it tries to boot but it remains on the black screen. Any Idea how to fix?
