Multiple microphones under one input

Hello,

 

I am making a DIY Smart Home System with System.Speech in C#. I have tested that everything works in my office and now I want to branch out into my house, I have bluetooth speakers that pair to eachother so thats not and issue, but mics are,  how would I be able to setup multiple wireless mics, and have then all come together into one audio channel for my AI to hear, I heard of the Pyle PDWM8300 Wireless Microphone System that has 8 wireless mics. That may work for 8 rooms, buit If I have more, would I be able to buy 2 units and connect them using an Audio Mixer?
