Dell Bios Update Failure

I tried to install the Dell Bios from A01 to A14. When it said Bios Update successful, it restarted and my monitor was on standby mode. The computer was on and I turned it off. When I turned it back off, the fan speeds went on full blast for a few seconds and just slowed down suddenly. The monitor won't turn on. How do I downgrade my bios?

The numbers on it go from:
2-4 (short duration)
1-3-4 (long duration)
3-4 (short duration)
2-4 (Rest of the Operation)

My system is a Dell Precision T3400.

The processor is a Intel Core 2 Quad q6700

4 gigs of ddr2 memory

nvidia quadro 1700

Thanks in Advance
