Power Limit throttling

I have a i7-8700 in my desktop but i dont know why it always have power limit throttling on

and how to fix that 

it is not a thermal problem as it is running at 40-50 c

Download App, Throttle Stop.

Open and go to FIVR button and click it.

Check the box "Disable and Lock turbo power limits"

Click ok and close the menu.

Open TPL menu. 

In this menu you can change the turbo time limits.

but i have intel xtu already and it makes the pc confused

Make sure XTU doesn't start with windows and reset any profile you have in XTU.

Clear the cmos on the board and try again.
