I have i7 4710HQ in laptop lenovo y5070 with 1TB hdd model. I am using linux ubuntu 18.04 version the cpu temps are way above normal while using firefox and just 1 tab opened.. I have got it serviced 8 months before getting new thermal paste and cleaning. What should i do so that i can improve it. Does i need to take laptop to local technichian? if yes then how can i verify if the things are properly done?220319370_Screenshotfrom2020-09-0620-21-46.thumb.png.fd43a7aa8053b45f0756cbea68e9f509.png

Those temps look fine. It's a laptop. It's going to run hotter than a desktop PC, but your temps are still under thermal throttling levels. As such, you're fine.
