intermittent black screen

There has been a weird issue with me I am getting a intermittent black screen for 2-3 seconds and when this happens i can hear a Sound in my headphone that comes when you insert a usb or when window 10 boots up . I have pasted the Even logger below . Please help if anyone has faced and solved this issue before .

Using Nvidia latest driver on gtx 1660 super.
