rx 5600 xt doesn't post

my system

psu: cx 750 from corsair

ram:corsair vengeance rgb 2x8gb

cpu: ryzen 5 3600 stock settings (everything stock in the bios)

gpu: rx 5600 xt gigabyte gaming oc

 

so i got this card and its not even posting nothing just black and nothing else and i know that my machine can handle this power my whole setup is like 7 months old ok so when i got this graphics card i could boot up on windows (even tho it was taking 2 minutes for some reason) but i never actually succeed on installing graphics card not even amd ryzen chipset i tried installing first chipset so i can install gpu drivers later on but when i install any kind of drivers pc just doesn't post with the rx 5600 xt then i tried with my gtx 1060 again and everything was working flawlessly i've seen in the past people having problems with rx 5600 xt and i though they fixed these issues so it could be my card right? i already contacted from where i bough this graphics card i will send it back ofc they will check it but before i send it there anything else i can try maybe to fix it everything i tried so far

 

flashed vbios on the graphics card almost all versions

my bios is up to date

windows up to date

cmos clearing and all that

ddu many times

i tried installing drivers without adrenaline software

i tried changing from gen 4 to gen 3 in the bios for the pcie slot
